My name is Florence O'Donnell.

I am a Rose Priestess and a Body Soul Connector through Movements, Words and Art.

I invite women to come back and anchor themselves

to their bodies, hearts, and souls free of embarrassment or shame.

My wish for each of us is to embrace our self-sufficiency and our right to authenticity,

away from societal conditioning and our own self-limiting beliefs.

I have a genuine heartfelt desire

for each of us to

step away from paradigms keeping us small and fearful,

so we can find joy in our everyday life

by being in harmonywith our sacred vibrations.

To me, self-transformation is a beautiful alchemical transformation of our vulnerabilities.

My motto is "You have to be kind to be strong."

I live a heart-centred life based on the sacred feminine qualities in everything I do and am.

I see how paramount it is

for oneself,

for humanity

and our planet

to balance the excessive use

of our masculine energy of doing, pushing and judging

with

the feminine energy

that calls on our capacity to trust, accept, and let go of the old to be born anew.

Both energies are necessary to make us complete,

let's restore our balance.
